By engaging Reliable Services Group for any facility management services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

RSG provides comprehensive facility services across four primary divisions throughout Western Australia.
Clients must use RSG services lawfully and provide accurate information regarding service requirements.

- Treat personnel with respect
- Meet payment obligations
All RSG methodologies, training materials, and operational procedures remain our exclusive property.
- Trademarks and service marks protected
- Limited license for intended use only
- No reproduction or redistribution
Liability Limits
RSG's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the twelve months preceding any claim.
- Maximum liability capped at annual fees
- Applies regardless of legal theory
Excluded Damages
RSG is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Loss of profits or business interruption
- Loss of data or goodwill
Jurisdiction
Governed by Western Australian and Commonwealth law.
Mediation
Good faith negotiations followed by mediation.
Arbitration
Binding arbitration under WA Commercial Arbitration Act.
RSG maintains strict confidentiality of client information and complies with Australian Privacy Principles.
